Villa Anna is situated in a very privileged and extremely panoramic position. It is at only 300 meters from the Historic centre of Ischia, and from the villa one enjoys a spectacular sea view over the Gulf of Naples. The villa is surrounded by a large and very well kept private garden with tall and shady trees, and has a terrace with sea views to fly for. An access alley, shared with the neighbouring villa, leads to a covered parking area with parking for two cars, one of them is private for the use of Villa Anna Guests.
When based at villa Anna, you do not need to use your car. If you buy a weekly bus ticket (Euro 15), you can use all the busses of Ischia, with no limitation. Therefore, you can forget about the stress of driving, and enjoy your holidays in total relaxation.
Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance, so is the Port of Ischia, where you will land when you disembark from the ferry boat. The famous Maronti Beach is only 2 km away and the thermal hot water springs of Nitrodi is near by. One very important asset of spending your holidays in Ischia, is that this is the only place in Italy where you can swim in the sea all year round, including in winter. Ischia, of volcanic origin, offers incredible hot water springs in the middle of the sea, at a few meters from the sandy beaches!!! Therefore, the island is extremely enjoyable, in every season.

Gas and water consumption - Electric energy consumption up to 250KW/week is included. Energy consumption in excess will be withheld from security deposit - One set of bed linen per bed per week - one hand towel per person per week - cleaning prior to guests’ arrival - All taxes included.
Prices do not include:
Final Cleaning: Euro 100 - Weekly Winter heating (weekly): Euro 120 - Refundable Breakage Deposit: Euro 300 to cover possible damages to the property. It will be refunded to Guests upon departure.

Ischia in a nutshell:
Ischia is the largest Island in the Gulf of Naples. It is also called the Green Island, because of its wonderful vegetation and its woods that in certain areas grow right near the coast line. Ischia has always been a "must see" because of its long sunny and sandy beaches and its very pleasant climate all year round. It is the only place in Italy where you can swim all year round even in winter!!! The reason is that Ischia is an island of volcanic origin, and some of its hot water springs are in the sea, just a few meters from the shore !!! When in Ischia, be sure not to miss its most beautiful beaches (Maronti, Cetara, Ischia Porto, Castiglione and Poseidon Garden Beach), and to experience the very unusual Water Taxis, that can take you to secluded beaches. You should also enjoy one of the mini cruises with several daily departures, that will take you on a boat tour along the Islands' beaches. The southern part of Ischia offers particularly incredible panoramas and innumerable thermal treatment centres, well known also to the Ancient Romans. The Village of Serrara Fontana is the highest of the Island, and from its Belvedere, the breathtaking panorama you can admire is incomparable.
At the end of the day, after enjoying swimming in the warm Mediterranean Sea waters, and long hours spent sunbathing, one can either decide to dine on the terrace while enjoying the splendid sea view, or chose to dine out at one of the many restaurants of the island, and enjoy day-fresh sea food and the exquisite traditional Italian cuisine, and taste one of the round body wines Italy is famous for.
