1) Reservation Procedure:
To forward your reservation Request to us, please send us an e-mail, specifying the name of the property you wish to rent, the dates on which you wish to rent it, your name and e-mail address, as well as your phone number.
NB: Your e-mail address and telephone number are of the utmost importance, otherwise, your reservation request cannot be validated. Please double check your e-mail address and your phone number are correctly digited.
As soon as your reservation request is received, we shall process it and, if the property is available, we shall send you an e-mail with a preliminary confirmation, and a breakdown of costs. A booking deposit is required to reserve. Payment must be effected by SWIFT CODE bank Wire Transfer. Once this payment is received at our end, we shall send you your Rental Contract as well as an email acknowledgement and your official invoice.Theletting balance must be paid into our Bank Account 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

2) Insurance and Cancellation Policies:
We strongly recommend Guests take up an insurance policy against cancellation (very low cost). You can click on the link “Useful Links on our Home Page) to get a quote, or contact an Insurance Firm of your choice. Should cancellation take place, the following penalties apply:
60 or more days before arrival: 25% penalty is applied
40 to 59 days before arrival: 35% penalty is applied
28 to 39 days before arrival: 50% penalty is applied
27 or less days before arrival: No refund will be made

3) Insurance against accidents/injury/death:
For your own peace of mind, we recommend you take up an insurance policy against the risk of accidents, injury and/or death, occurring to any/all members of the Group during their stay at any of the properties listed on Italian Holiday Homes web site. For this purpose, Guests can get such insurance policy, even just limited to the period of their stay at the chosen Holiday Villa. The Property Owners shall - under no circumstance - be considered liable, neither financially nor in any other manner, for any such injury and /or death. In this connection, and should Guests decide not to take up such required insurance policy, Guests will be kindly requested to sign a declaration upon arrival, in which they state that they do not consider the Property Owners responsible for possible accident, injury and/or death, and that they hold the Property Owners unharmed.

4) Unforeseeable Events:
The Property Owners cannot be held responsible for bad weather or unforeseen social, political nor natural events.
In case of Force Majeure thatleads to the non possibility of vacationing at the chosen villa, and due to no fault of the Owner of the villa, this latter shall provide Guests with a villa of equal standard, on the same dates requested, and as much as possible, in the same area.
By forwarding the Reservation Request, Guests IMPLICITELY declare they have carefully read and accepted all above conditions, particularly paras. 1), 2) 3) and 4) above.

5) Payments should be effected in EURO. Prices may change without prior notice until the contract is issued. Prices indicated in the contract are firm and not subject to change.

6) At all villas with pool, the pool is open from May to mid October.
