Who are we:
We are a small group of owners of Vacation Villas and Apartments in Italy. We have entrusted the Management of our site to the only person in our group of owner who is an expert in computer and internet. The rest of us are at the grass root level, as far as internet is concerned!!!

Our objective is twofold: To keep our Site small and manageable, and to offer our Guests QUALITY VACATION VILLA RENTALS AND APARTMENTS LETS. We do not just rent our villas, hand over the property keys and full stop. We think hospitality goes beyond that: When you book one of our Holiday rentals, you are given clear-cut Driving Guidelines that enable you to reach your chosen Vacation Villa without any problem and you can contact us any time (24 hours a day) for any information you may require. Upon your arrival, you are welcomed by the Villa Owner. You are also given a form by which we seek your comments on, and the grade of your satisfaction with your Vacation Villa. Your opinion is of the utmost importance to us.

What do we think a Vacation Villa should offer:
According to us, the ideal holiday should be twofold: Culture and relaxation. Guests should be put in the condition of comfortably visiting the Country's Historical, Artistic and Archaeological Sites, without forgetting that "Vacation" also means "Relaxation" in a beautiful setting. Our objective is exactly this: Beside admiring the immense Art Treasures of Italy, we would like you to have a "Taste of Real Italy" and of the "Italian Way of Life". Spending your well-deserved vacations in one of the wealthy Italians' Homes in the lush green and blossoming countryside, or at one of the most beautiful sea resorts on the Mediterranean Coast. This will enable you to make friends with your neighbours - if you so wish - and will introduce you to the Italian "Dolce Vita".

After an intense day trip to visit the neighbouring Art Cities and their priceless cultural and historical treasures, you can then come back "home" and enjoy tranquillity, privacy, unpolluted air and beautiful landscapes, in total relaxation. You can then have a swim in your "own" Swimming Pool, or in the warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea. You can chose to grill your steak on your barbecue and slowly sip a chilled glass of excellent Italian wine, or eat out at one of the many excellent restaurants scattered all over the place and to whom "Eating is an Art". All these things cannot be offered by a hotel room down town.

Or you may want to have an articulate holiday : A few days at one of our exclusive countryside villas near the most important Italian cities, and then move to one of our beautiful seaside villas,, and just forget about traffic, air pollution and racing against time.

Here you relax, and enjoy all sorts of cultural and sporting activities. Here you RECHARGE YOUR BATTERIES and make yourself ready for another fruitful working year.
